Boss Business Partner and BOSS Business Women are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and engaged digital communicator who wants to help us create content that inspires, engages, and builds relationships. Here, you will have a varied role where you work closely with the business and have the opportunity to influence how we communicate with our customers, members, and partners.

In this role, you are responsible for our digital presence and work with everything from social media and newsletters to our member platform. You plan content together with us, but we are also looking for you who are happy to come up with your own ideas, see opportunities, and take the initiative for new posts, campaigns, and communication efforts. You produce both text and images, plan publications, and ensure that our communication maintains a consistent thread and follows our brands and visual expression.

We believe you have a great interest in communication and marketing and enjoy creating content that makes a difference. You are good at formulating yourself in writing, have a sense of tone, and know how to adapt messages for different target groups and channels. You have an eye for color, form, and image and are used to working in Canva or similar design tools. If you also have experience with newsletter platforms, Meta Business Suite, or other tools for planning and publishing content, it is a big plus.

As a person, you are creative, structured, and proactive. You thrive working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and are not afraid to come up with your own suggestions. At the same time, you appreciate close collaboration and want to be part of a team where ideas are developed together.

The position initially covers approximately 20%, but we see good opportunities to increase the scope over time as the business develops. The role is flexible and suits you who want to combine the assignment with studies, your own business, or other employment.
